Greatness lives in the land of the extra mile.

This thought was inspired as I have been reading & re-reading Proverbs 22:29, really trying to allow it to sink into my heart & mind.

Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank. - Proverbs 22:29

There is so much to pull from this verse about work ethic and the pursuit of excellence and job/skill training, but just the simple thought of the difference between those who will serve before officials of "low rank" versus officials of "high rank" is in the EXTRA MILE. It was the level of the skill in this verse that determined the level of the one they served. Many people can do the job or ministry that your doing, but the question is will you push through to the land of the extra mile, will you train harder and develop yourself farther than the average are willing to go?I know for me, my goal is to live in that extra mile zone!

Have a great day!
